The room was lovely, but the air conditioning was very noisy.

The staff at the Plantation always seem genuinely attentive, making for a welcoming atmosphere, and the spacious rooms are certainly comfortable. some elements like the hot room temperature and a few maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience. Still, the dining exceeded expectations with delicious options.

Spacious rooms and delightful service
I had a wonderful stay with my partner for 1 night. The Double Room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, complemented by a fantastic shower that could easily be described as luxurious. We were impressed by the little touches, like fresh milk for our teas and the delicious breakfast served in bed. The staff made us feel truly welcome with their friendly demeanor. One area for improvement could be the organization of the bar's seating, as it got a bit crowded at times.

Absolutely loved the endless pancakes and fresh local eats! Plus, the lovely spacious rooms and thoughtful touches, like a welcome note and brownies, made our stay feel extra special. Can't forget the friendly staff who made us feel right at home!
We booked a suite but got a smaller room than expected, with a view of a noisy generator instead of a garden. The damp ceiling didn’t help either, and the weak Wi-Fi left us without our streaming fix.

Absolutely stunning stay!
I spent one night in a suite, and wow, the room was just fabulous! Great design and super spacious. The bed was comfy with top-notch bedding. Plus, there was a roll-top bath which was a nice touch. Only thing was the curtains were a bit off on one side, but honestly, it didn't ruin the vibe. Enjoyed room service for breakfast too!

The location of Canford in Poole is fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach. My room was spacious and the bed super comfortable, perfect for a restful night. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, made my mornings much nicer. The breakfast was a highlight. quick service and a variety of options really hit the spot. Staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring I felt welcomed throughout my stay. I found that the bathroom could use some attention. The shower pressure was weak, and the decor felt a bit outdated overall. I noticed some cleanliness issues. the coffee machine seemed neglected and the corridors needed a good vacuuming. Those aspects took away from an otherwise enjoyable visit.
